Tanya Meedom is a lawyer specialized in intellectual property rights and unfair competition. Tanya focuses on protection and enforcement of trademarks, designs and domain names, including portfolio strategy and revision. She is entitled to plead before the High Courts of Denmark.

She furthermore has extensive experience in handling issues regarding digital marketing and is particularly strong in relation to protection and enforcement of rights on the Internet, social media and apps. She also has thorough knowledge of preparation and negotiation of contracts within licensing, exclusivity, agency and IT.

Tanya has lectured in IP and unfair competition at the University of Copenhagen and Copenhagen Business School for many years. She furthermore lectures at the yearly seminar on Danish trademark practice with the Danish PTO.
