Susie Arnesen has been working in IP since 1983, primarily focusing on counselling of Danish and foreign companies on the establishment, maintenance and enforcement of trademark and design rights, nationally as well as internationally, and always with particular focus on the commercial aspects of IP. Preparing a protection and enforcement strategy in co-operation with the client is a natural part of her activities, just as always attempting to find the commercially most reasonable and desirable solution, also in conflict situations, is at the core of her practice.

Susie is entitled to plead before the High Courts of Denmark.

Susie takes an active part in PTMG and especially in INTA, the world largest association of trademark owners and trademark advisors, where she has over the years frequently participated as a conference speaker, moderator and long-time committee member. From 2016-2018 Susie served on the Board of Directors of INTA as only the second Dane in INTA’s history.

Before Susie joined the firm in 2001 she was partner and Administrative Head of Trademarks with one of the large patent and trademark agencies in Copenhagen.
